2.     Sauna: After changing, you'll be led to the sauna, where you can relax and sweat out toxins from your body. The sauna is typically heated to around 80-100 degrees Celsius.

3.     Steam Room: Next, you'll move on to the steam room, where you'll sit in a warm, moist mist that will help to open up your pores and prepare your skin for the scrub and foam massage.

4.     Scrub: After the steam room, you'll be led to a private treatment room, where an attendant will use a special glove to scrub your skin and remove dead skin cells. This process is invigorating and leaves your skin feeling soft and smooth.
