Correction of Misleading Information from Video on our Social Media

Dubai, UAE – Tripventura, a leading online travel agency with headquarters in Turkey and an office in Dubai, wishes to address a recent incident involving a misleading video that was reposted on our official social media channels.
The video in question depicted a lion in a car in traffic, which was mistakenly captioned to suggest it was filmed in Dubai. Our social media team, based in Turkey, reposted the video from another Instagram account, unaware of its inaccurate location information. Upon discovering that the video was not taken in Dubai, we immediately removed it to prevent further dissemination of misleading information.
This incident occurred because the original video, shared by multiple social media accounts with similar captions, created confusion about its true location. Our social media team aimed to share engaging content about Dubai, without any intention of misrepresenting UAE tourism. We deeply regret any confusion or misinformation this might have caused.
