Cancellations must be sent to Tripventura in writing. Cancellations made 24 or more hours before the tour or transfer start time receive a refund of the amount paid, excluding mandatory taxes, fees, and other legal obligations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of start incur a 50% cancellation fee, although customers with travel insurance for the booked service may still cancel under their policy. Missed tours or transfers without written notice within 24 hours of the original start time are non-refundable. In cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances that result in cancellation, the amount paid is refunded less legal obligations and documented non-refundable third-party costs. All refunds are issued in the original booking currency at the exchange rate applicable on the day the refund is processed. Many tours in Dubai and Turkey include complimentary hotel pickup within designated service zones. Coverage zones, pickup window, and meeting-point details are listed on each tour page and confirmed on your booking voucher. If your accommodation lies outside the standard zone, a paid pickup extension is usually available — select at checkout or request via WhatsApp before booking. Private airport transfers are sold as a standalone service.
