The East Bank contains luxury properties and mid-range hotels along the Corniche. The local ferry connects the East and West Banks for EGP 5. Private motorboats cross the river for EGP 20 to 30. Bicycle hire on the West Bank costs EGP 50 to 100 per day. Archeological sites require tickets. The Valley of the Kings base ticket costs EGP 400 and covers 3 tombs. Tutankhamun's tomb requires a separate EGP 400 ticket. Karnak Temple entry is EGP 300. Comprehensive Luxor Passes cost $100 to $200 and cover all sites for 5 days. These passes are sold at the Luxor Museum.
