Cancellation Procedure
In the event that our customers find it necessary to cancel or modify their vacation plans, they must promptly contact Tripventura and provide written notification of their cancellation or modification requests.
Cancellation Terms
Customers who cancel their reservation up to 24 hours before the tour/transfer's scheduled start time without providing a specific reason will receive a refund of the paid amount, excluding any mandatory taxes, fees, and other legal obligations.
For cancellations made by customers between 0 and 24 hours before the start of the service, without specifying a reason, customers agree to pay 50% of the reservation fee to Tripventura.
Customers who have travel insurance for transfers and tours may exercise their right to cancel even if there is less than 24 hours remaining before the tour or transfer.
Service Change Requests
If customers wish to change their tours or transfers, provided that the change is approved by Tripventura, any price difference between the original service and the newly requested service must be paid by the customer immediately upon acceptance of the change request. If the price of the new service is lower than the original service price, Tripventura will refund the difference to the customer.
Force Majeure and Unforeseeable Circumstances
In cases where customers are unable to participate in a tour or transfer due to unforeseeable situations or force majeure, despite taking all reasonable precautions, and the tour or transfer is canceled, customers will receive a refund of the paid amount, excluding legal obligations such as taxes, fees, etc., and costs paid to third parties/suppliers that can be documented and are non-refundable.
In the event of such a situation during an ongoing tour, relevant information and documents must be submitted to Tripventura immediately after the customers' departure from the tour, along with appropriate documentation.
Failure to Notify
If customers fail to provide written notice regarding their intention to participate in a missed tour/transfer whose start time has passed, Tripventura reserves the right to cancel all reservations and services made on behalf of the customers after 24 hours. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
Customers who notify us within 24 hours from the start of the tour/transfer that they intend to participate, despite missing the initial start time, will be responsible for covering any additional costs, such as transportation expenses, associated with their participation in the tour.
Refund Details
Refunds are always processed in the currency used for the original reservation. Customers will receive their refund in foreign currency if applicable.
The refund amount is determined based on the exchange rate on the day the refund is issued, which may not match the exchange rate on the date of the original booking due to fluctuations in exchange rates.
Reservation Cancellation
Tripventura reserves the right to cancel a customer's reservation if full payment is not received on time. In such cases, Tripventura will retain the reservation payment.
