Is there wheelchair hire?
You can borrow wheelchairs at no cost from three places at the venue: the Convention Gate, the Exhibition Gate, and Hall 1. You can also get them from the Emergency Medical Services Station near Hall 5.
Is there disabled parking at DWTC?
All parking areas near the venue have special spots for disabled people. Every public entrance has an easy slope for wheelchairs and a door that opens by itself. When you're inside, every level is flat, so there's nothing blocking the way.
Where are the disabled toilets located?
The place has more than 75 toilets for visitors with disabilities. You can find these toilets close to the main entrances of many halls, inside the halls themselves, and outside some meeting rooms. They are available on the ground floor, on the first floor, and on the second floor.
