Pickup Timing: For international flights, we schedule pickups 3.5 to 4 hours before departure. For domestic flights, pickups are scheduled 2.5 to 3 hours prior. This ensures timely arrival at the airport.

Flight Monitoring: We monitor your flight status in real-time. In case of delays, our driver will adjust the pickup time accordingly, ensuring a seamless experience.

Booking Confirmation: Please provide your flight number, departure time, hotel name, and room number during booking to facilitate accurate scheduling.

Luggage Allowance: Each passenger is allowed 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. If you have additional or oversized luggage, please inform us in advance to accommodate your needs.

Child Seats: Child seats are available upon request. Kindly specify the number and age of children when booking to ensure appropriate arrangements.

Vehicle Assignment: While we strive to provide the vehicle type booked, vehicle models may vary based on availability. All vehicles are of premium quality, air-conditioned, and maintained to high standards.

Waiting Time: Our driver will wait at the pickup location for up to 15 minutes beyond the scheduled time. If you anticipate delays, please contact us promptly to adjust the schedule.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days.

Cancellations made 24 hours before the Tour departure time will not incur any charges.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the Tour departure time will result in 100% charges.
If you are eligible for a refund, the amount will be returned to your account within 7 working days.
