  • Arrival and Registration:
    Upon arrival at The Restaurant at Address Sky View, guests will proceed with registration and receive a safety briefing about the Sky Views Edge Walk.
  • Preparation:
    After registration, guests will be equipped with safety harnesses and guided to the starting point of the Edge Walk experience.
  • Edge Walk Experience:
    Participants will embark on the thrilling Edge Walk, where they will walk on a narrow ledge encircling the top of the Tower at a height of 219.5 meters. They will enjoy breathtaking views of Dubai and its iconic landmarks.
  • Glass Slide Experience(Optional):
    Following the Edge Walk, guests can opt for the exhilarating Glass Slide experience, where they slide down from the top of the Tower, adding an extra element of excitement to their adventure.
  • Photo Opportunity:
    Throughout the experience, guests will have the opportunity to capture memorable moments against the stunning backdrop of Dubai's skyline.
  • Conclusion:

Activity Location: The Restaurant at Address Sky View, Address Sky View - Level 2 - Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Blvd - Dubai - United Arab Emirates.

How to get there:

By Metro: The mall is easily accessible by Metro. If you are taking the Red metro Line, you can get off at the Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa station and take a short walk to the hotel.

By car: Sky Views Observatory is located in The Address Sky Views Hotel, easily accessible by car. The hotel offers free parking.

By taxi: You can also take a taxi to the hotel anywhere in Dubai. It’s a popular destination; most taxi drivers know the location.

Important Notes

  • Passport or Emirates ID is mandatory to be carried.
  • Children below 12 years of age are not allowed.
  • The height, weight and age restrictions are as follows :
  • Age criteria : Guests aged between 12 and 65 years will be allowed (Minors under 18 years require the consent of their parent/s in person)
  • Weight criteria : Guests weighing from 30 to 120 kgs will be allowed.
  • Height criteria : Guests with height ranging from 130 cm to 200 cm will be allowed.
  • Wear modest and comfortable clothing (no loose dresses, skirts, flip flops, loose footwear, or long and loose scarves).
  • Please notify the Sky Views staff of any disability, intellectual or physical, that would prevent you from completing the physical and mental tasks throughout the experience.
  • Please notify the Sky Views staff of any pre-existing health conditions, including any physical limitations or medical conditions including but not limited to; neck weakness, back weakness, broken bones, heart conditions, nervous disorders, motion sickness, epilepsy, or if pregnant.
  • Ticket is valid the date and time slot selected.

Note: The Sky Views Observatory can only be accessed through Tower 1, it is essential to inform guests to proceed directly to Tower 1 for access to the observatory.

In addition to the above please note: Sky Views can be accessed through The Address Sky View Tower 1 Level 1, entry point next to residence entrance or via The Dubai Mall metro link to the main entrance of Sky Views - Level 1 (next to Marina Pharmacy).

  • Glass Slide will not be included in Sky Views Observatory - open dated tickets. The tickets for Glass Slide can be purchased directly from the ticket counter present at the venue for AED 25.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 72 hours before the Tour departure time will not incur any charges.
  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the Tour departure time will result in 100% charges.
  • If you are eligible for a refund, the amount will be returned to your account within 7 working days.
