Important Notes

It's recommended to wear comfortable, lightweight clothing suitable for warm weather. Avoid loose clothing that may get caught in equipment. Sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat are also advisable to protect against the sun.
Terms and conditions
Currency: All rates are quoted in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham).
Child Rates: Child rates are applicable to ages 0-12 years. Children under 3 years must be provided with a child seat, as per UAE regulations implemented since July 1st, 2017. Emirates Tours will provide a baby seat for children under 4 years of age.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled tour: You are eligible for a full refund of the tour price.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour: The full tour price will be nonrefundable.
No-shows and last-minute cancellations: In the event of a no-show or last-minute cancellation, the full tour price will be nonrefundable.
