  • The venue is wheelchair-accessible on the ground floor only, and the staff is there to assist.
  • Children must be supervised by a parent or nominated guardian/supervisor.
  • No food is allowed on the premises.
  • Re-entry is not allowed once you leave the venue.
  • Please wear comfortable clothing that will stretch your arms and legs.
  • Operating time is between 10:00 am to 08:00 pm (every day), and the last admission is at 07:00 pm.

Child Policy

  • Children below 3 years are considered infants and can enter free 
  • Children below 3 to 11 years are charged child rate 
  • Individual age 12 and above are considered adults and charged adult rates

Cancellation Policy

  • For all Cancellations made 48 hours before the Tour departure time, NO charges will be applicable.
    If Cancellation is made within 48 hours of your Tour departure time, 100% charges will be applicable.
