  • By Metro: The metro is one of the best ways to reach Burj Khalifa as it is convenient and the fastest mode of transportation. You can take the red line to Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall Station.
  • By Bus: Alternatively, you can take the F13 bus, which takes around 40 minutes to get to the Dubai Mall.

How to get there:-

By Car: The Dubai Mall offers extensive parking facilities. You can use the mall’s parking areas, which are well-signposted. For the most convenient access, park near the mall’s main entrance or one of the designated areas closest to the museum.
By Metro: Take the Dubai Metro to the Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall Station (Red Line).
Mall Connection: Follow the signs to the Dubai Mall from the station. You’ll enter the mall via the connecting bridge, which is well-marked and leads directly into the mall’s main shopping areas.
By Taxi: Ask the driver to drop you off at The Dubai Mall. The taxi will usually drop you at one of the main entrances, and you can follow the mall signage to find the Arte Museum on the 2nd floor.
By Bus: Several bus routes stop near The Dubai Mall. Check local schedules for the best route. From the bus stop, follow the signs to the mall entrance and proceed to the 2nd floor for the Arte Museum.

The Burj Khalifa Tickets Important Information

  • Please bring a valid photo ID/passport with you as it is required to be displayed at the entrance.
  • The Booking Confirmation is valid only for the selected date and time.
  • The management is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the visit.
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  • Food and beverages brought from outside may not be allowed inside the park premises
  • The venue reserves the right to refuse entry in case of non-compliance with rules and regulations.

Dubai Arte Museum

  • The average experience time is approximately 90 minutes.
  • An early bird price is available for admission during specific times: from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM and after 9:30 PM. These time slots are typically less crowded, enhancing the overall experience.
  • Last admission at 10:00 PM (Mon - Thu) or at 11:00 PM (Fri - Sun and holidays). Closes at 11:00 PM(Mon - Thu) or at 12:00 AM  (Fri - Sun and holidays)  
  • Infants under 4 years (48 months) old and People of Determination (POD) are admitted free of charge, and those eligible for special pricing such as children, senior citizens, and People of Determination are admitted upon verification of ID. If special pricing ticket is purchased by a person who is not eligible, it won't be exchanged or refunded, and the admission may be denied.
  • Children under 13 are not permitted to enter the exhibition without an adult companion.
  • Special pricing cannot be combined or doubled.  
  • 5% VAT is included in the above rates.
