There will be no refund for unused or partially used services.
Swim attire policy: The guest should change in swimwear before entering the water.
No refunds will be provided if the guests are prohibited due to their attire improper for a waterpark.
Children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the time
Children aged three years and above, with a height exceeding 1.2 meters, are permitted.
No outside food, beverages, or alcohol allowed into Aqua-venture.
The service provider holds no responsibility if any component of an attraction is non-operational due to technical reasons.

Some attractions may have age or height restrictions for safety reasons.
Enter all pools and attractions feet first for safety; diving is prohibited.
Sharing transfers can be arranged only from a centrally located Dubai Hotel/Residence.
