How to get there:- 
Metro:
Take the Dubai Metro to the Al Fahidi Metro Station.
Walk south on Al Ghubaiba Rd towards Al Musalla Rd.
Turn left onto Al Seef St.
The destination will be on your right near the location with the code 7864+PR2.
Bus:
Several bus routes serve the Al Seef area. Check the local bus schedule and take a bus to the nearest stop on Al Seef St.

By Taxi:

  • Please report to the venue 30 minutes prior to the departure time.

  • The pick-up/drop-off timing on Sharing transfers can be modified per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
  • Guests are indulged with a delightful buffet dinner featuring a mix of local and international cuisine.
  • No Live Music during Ramadan rest all services remain the same
  • Boarding starts between 7:45 pm  - 8:00 pm 
  • Departure: between 8:15 pm - 8:30 pm
  • No food or drinks are allowed
  • Burj Khalifa is located at 1 Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard, 0, Downtown Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, right next to Dubai Mall.
  • Either during sunset for great views or in the morning hours to avoid crowds, we would recommend these are the best times to visit Burj Khalifa. The best season to visit Dubai is in winter, between November to March.
  • The Burj is so tall that you can watch the Dubai sunset from the ground floor, then cruise to the top and see the sun setting for a second time!

Child Policy

  • Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
  • Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
  • Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

Cancellation Policy

  • No charges will be applicable for all cancellations made 24 hours before the tour departure time.
  • If cancellation is made within 24 hours of your tour departure time, 100% charges will be applicable.
