Child Policy

• Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
• Please carry valid ID proof/Passport along with you.
• Transfers are only provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai City. (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina, and other nearby locations)
• Our operations team will coordinate with you if the location is far from SIC pick-up points.    
  
• There will be no refund for partly utilized services.
• No heavy luggage is allowed to be carried during this activity.
• Some locations might remain closed for visits on specific days and weekends. In such cases, we are not responsible, and no compensation will be adjusted.
• The pick-up/drop-off timing on Sharing transfers can be modified per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
• Eating, drinking, and smoking in public spaces during daylight hours are restricted during this period.
• Avoid taking pictures of people without their permission, especially in more conservative areas.
• When visiting religious sites and public spaces, ensure you dress modestly, covering shoulders and knees.
