Important Notes

  • All pick-up and drop-off locations and times published are estimates only and are subject to change.
  • Transfer will be provided from mentioned Hotels only: Banyan Tree, Habitats, Habitas Caravan, Sahary Resort, Shaden Resort, Cloud7. Winter Park’s visitors’ parking.
  • Wear comfortable clothes to get in and out of the basket easily. Please refrain from wearing high heels, trainers or sneakers are the best way to enjoy the experience. We suggest bringing something warm between December and February as the desert is quite cold before sunrise. Bring a hat and sunglasses to protect you once the sun is up.
  • Anyone who is differently abled and need a wheelchair to move around or who has had major surgery in the last 6 months are not allowed.
  • Smoking is prohibited.
  • Drones are not permitted.  
  • In any case the guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location, then we will not arrange for alternative transfer & no refund is provided for the missed tour.
