Important Notes

Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
Transfers are available from centrally located hotels and residences in Kemer.
Pick up from the security gate outside your accommodation in or near Kemer.
We will send you a message with the pick-up time from your hotel.
Shared roundtrip transfer is included in the price.
There will be several swim breaks and opportunities for sunbathing during the trip.
The timings for sharing may vary depending on traffic conditions and your location.
An adult or a Guardian must always accompany children during the activity.
There will be no refund for services that are partially utilized.
The service provider holds no responsibility if any component of an attraction is non-operational due to technical reasons or weather conditions.
Travelers weighing beyond 120 kg may be ineligible for the dive.
Pregnant travelers are not allowed to dive.
Not recommended for travelers with heart problems or other severe medical conditions
Adults and children who will not be participating in the diving can be booked as non-divers

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours before the Tour departure time will not incur any charges.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the Tour departure time will result in 100% charges.
If you are eligible for a refund, the amount will be returned to your account within 7 working days.
