Safety & Physical Requirements

  • Age & Waivers: The minimum age for passengers is typically 10 years and up (check specific package details, as some venues require 13 or 14+). A Parental waiver must be signed for participants under 18 years old.
  • Height/Weight: Participants must generally be between 160 cm and 195 cm tall. The maximum weight limit is typically 105 kg to 120 kg.
  • Safety Gear: A safety helmet and seatbelt must be worn at all times and will be provided.

Attire & Logistics

  • Footwear: Closed-toe shoes are compulsory (running or walking shoes are recommended).
  • Prohibited Items: Sandals, boots, open-toe, heeled, or any type of platform shoes are not allowed.
  • Dress Code: Wear comfortable clothing. In some cases, clothing covering your arms and legs may be mandatory. Avoid light-colored pants or shorts as they may get dirty.
  • Check-in: Guests are advised to arrive 10 to 30 minutes before the scheduled booking time.
  • Identification: Participants must carry a valid ID or Passport.
  • No charges will be applicable for all cancellations made 24 hours before the tour departure time.
  • If cancellation is made within 24 hours of your tour departure time, 100% charges will be applicable.
  • If eligible for a Refund, your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days.
